Program Manager

Summary ObjectiveThe Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution and coordination of complex customer (hyperscalers) programs involving multiple manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. This role will lead the coordination between Project Management, Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Scheduling, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Aftermarket Services to ensure Customer’s projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. The Program Manager drives financial performance, communication, manages project risks, improves operational processes, and ensures alignment across internal stakeholders while supporting Stellar Energy's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Most work is performed in an office environment with regular interaction with manufacturing operations, engineering teams, and project personnel. Occasional visits to fabrication facilities, distribution centers, customer sites, and supplier locations may be required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to support project deadlines, customer needs, or business priorities.
Travel

- Lead the on budget and on schedule execution and coordination of complex customer programs involving multiple manufacturing locations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer relationship throughout the project execution lifecycle, maintaining a clear understanding of project scope, schedules, technical requirements, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, and Aftermarket Services to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project execution plans while monitoring progress against established schedules, internal financial goals, and customer commitments. Identify financial and schedule project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues impacting project execution or customer delivery.
- Collaborate with Aftermarket and Service organizations to ensure service requirements are aligned with customer needs. Establish standardized work processes that improve coordination across manufacturing locations and support consistent project execution.
- Drive communication across internal stakeholders by facilitating project meetings, providing status updates, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor project performance metrics and recommend process improvements that enhance execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on project coordination, supply chain integration, and operational excellence.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal business partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, project management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Experience supporting engineered-to-order manufacturing or industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating international logistics, global supply chains, or multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
