📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST | $20-$23/hr DOE

In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for patients undergoing CPAP therapy for obstructive sleep apnea. Through education, encouragement, and ongoing support, you'll help patients build healthy habits that improve their sleep, health, and quality of life.

What You'll DoAs a Sleep Care Coach, you'll serve as a key point of contact for patients throughout their sleep therapy journey.
Key Responsibilities✔ Provide education and coaching to patients using CPAP therapy
✔ Encourage long-term therapy adherence through motivation, accountability, and support
✔ Conduct outbound follow-up calls to patients and caregivers
✔ Respond to inbound patient and caregiver inquiries
✔ Review daily patient activity within the Sanusom Portal (reporting only, no clinical interpretation)
✔ Help identify and address barriers impacting therapy success
✔ Coordinate with physician offices and DME providers regarding non-clinical patient needs
✔ Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed
✔ Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic systems
✔ Participate in team meetings, training, and quality initiatives
✔ Remain available and engaged during scheduled work hours

QualificationsRequired✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ Comfort using computers, web-based platforms, and remote technology
Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in:- Psychology
- Counseling
