Spring Brook Country Club is seeking motivated and dependable Seasonal Line Cooks to join our Culinary Team. This position is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality menu items while maintaining the Club's standards for consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.

Line Cooks work alongside chefs and fellow kitchen team members in a fast-paced environment, contributing to exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills while working in a professional club setting.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior cooking experience in a restaurant, club, banquet, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
• Assist with daily food preparation, station setup, and service execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Monitor product quality and consistency throughout service.
• Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing food products properly.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure efficient service.
• Participate in opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning duties.
• Support banquet, a la carte, and special event operations as needed.
