Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team. This position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, manufacturing-based environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. The General Laborer will help in all areas within the department, and operate CNC Lasers.

What You’ll Do

Perform general production and manufacturing support tasks.Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.Operate hand tools and basic power equipment safely.Assist machine operators with setup, production, and cleanup.Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.Conduct basic quality inspections and report defects.Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements.Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed.Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED and/or relevant work experience. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Become Tow Motor certified though IGS – must hold a valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and mechanical/technical aptitude.Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years of age or older
