Accountabilities
  • Lead technical engagement with U.S. public sector customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including demos, workshops, and architectural discussions
  • Own the design and execution of proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV) engagements, ensuring successful technical validation
  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape account strategies and drive adoption of the platform within government environments
  • Translate customer requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with DevSecOps and modern software delivery practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Create and document customer success plans, ensuring clear technical alignment from evaluation through deployment
  • Run value stream assessments to identify optimization opportunities in software delivery and security posture
  • Act as a customer advocate internally by relaying feedback to product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Mentor peers and contribute to reusable technical assets, improving team knowledge sharing and consistency
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or enterprise IT roles
  • Experience working with U.S. public sector or federal government customers is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development workflows
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and secure, regulated environments
  • Ability to design and explain complex technical architectures and connect them to mission or business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive and technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical evaluations, demos, and workshops
  • Familiarity with modern developer tools, automation, and security practices is a strong plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary aligned with market benchmarks
  • Performance-based bonus and incentive opportunities (where applicable)
  • Equity or long-term incentive participation depending on role eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Flexible remote work within the United States
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
  • Parental leave and family support programs
  • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation and impact
