You will play an important role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting internal systems, and ensuring consistent communication across stakeholders.
Strong organization, responsiveness, and precision are essential as you help drive efficiency across the sales and onboarding lifecycle.
This is a remote opportunity offering exposure to the retirement plan industry and long-term career development in financial services.

Accountabilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily sales pipeline activity to identify required tasks, ensure follow-ups, and support deal progression across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, engagement agreements, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently in alignment with internal standards.
  • Support Regional Sales Directors and advisors by coordinating meeting materials, financial documentation, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Maintain and update internal CRM systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Assist in managing workflow systems for illustration requests and new business processing across retirement plan products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, advisors, and internal partners to support smooth sales execution.
  • Track turnaround times, production metrics, and accuracy standards to meet assigned performance goals.
  • Support onboarding of new referral relationships and ensure proper system entry and documentation.
  • Communicate issues, exceptions, and escalations clearly and promptly to appropriate internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, financial services, retirement plan services, or a related administrative/coordination role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM systems such as Salesforce (a plus).
  • Experience in retirement plans, recordkeeping, or TPA environments is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial services workflows, advisor support, or benefits-related processes is an advantage.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and strong sense of accountability.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 annually.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with company match and Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and parental leave support.
  • Professional development support, including certifications, training, and association dues.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented culture with employee engagement activities and volunteer opportunities.
  • Exposure to a mission-driven organization focused on financial security and retirement outcomes.
