Hours: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
Reports To: Digital Print Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

As a materials coordinator, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by assisting in day–to-day production needs in order to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate daily: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Meet with scheduling associates, the team lead, and/or supervisor on a regular basis to assess work needs for that day and upcoming days as it relates to team, department, or company goals.
- Organize workflow from the time orders are received through the production process to meet customer in-hand dates.
- On time delivery is a primary focus.
- Locate, stage, and count in product for associates working in production.
- Ensure that appropriate types of orders are prepared for the correct work centers to increase efficiency and avoid delays.
- Work with internal customers including schedulers, receiving, shipping and others to complete on time delivery of complete orders by customers ship dates.
- Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
- Set priorities at work centers based on shipping dates and workload; including escalation tasks as they arise.
- Coordinate of the production and finishing of orders, and booking out of orders as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Basic working knowledge of decorating processes and terminology.
- Ability to spend the majority of the day working on your feet and moving around.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
- Ability to sort garments by color.
