In this role, you will bring sales capability strategies to life by delivering hands-on training, coaching, and field-based development for sales teams across the U.S. You will work directly with frontline sellers and managers to reinforce best-in-class selling behaviors, improve tool adoption, and elevate execution consistency across the field. This position combines training delivery, coaching, and real-world sales observation to directly influence commercial performance. You will act as a critical link between field execution and enablement strategy, ensuring insights from the market shape continuous improvement. - Deliver hands-on sales coaching to frontline sellers and managers, reinforcing best-in-class selling behaviors and execution standards across the sales cycle.
- Conduct field observations, including ride-alongs and call reviews, providing timely, actionable feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Facilitate engaging sales capability training sessions both virtually and in-person, including onboarding, workshops, academies, and leadership development programs.
- Translate enablement frameworks, tools, and playbooks into practical, field-ready learning experiences that drive immediate application.
- Drive adoption of sales tools and systems by reinforcing usage, identifying barriers, and supporting effective integration into daily workflows.
- Serve as a trusted partner to field sales leadership, gathering insights and identifying capability gaps to inform program enhancements.
- Support execution of sales enablement initiatives, ensuring consistent application of selling standards and behaviors across teams.
- Contribute to onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring strong foundational capability development and early field readiness.
- Provide structured feedback and insights from the field to improve training design, content effectiveness, and enablement strategy.
- Track training effectiveness and capability progress through observations, feedback loops, and performance indicators.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales capability, training, or sales leadership roles.
- Proven frontline sales experience or prior field leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to coach sales teams and deliver impactful training sessions in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, field execution, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with field leadership and stakeholders.
- High level of organization, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced, field-based environments.
- Digital fluency with sales tools and platforms, including MS Office and exposure to analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% or more), including overnight travel and regular on-site presence with field teams.
- Strong coaching mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive behavior change through trust and credibility.
- Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or distribution-driven sales environments is a strong advantage.
- Competitive annual salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility.
