Accountabilities
  • Deliver hands-on sales coaching to frontline sellers and managers, reinforcing best-in-class selling behaviors and execution standards across the sales cycle.
  • Conduct field observations, including ride-alongs and call reviews, providing timely, actionable feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Facilitate engaging sales capability training sessions both virtually and in-person, including onboarding, workshops, academies, and leadership development programs.
  • Translate enablement frameworks, tools, and playbooks into practical, field-ready learning experiences that drive immediate application.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and systems by reinforcing usage, identifying barriers, and supporting effective integration into daily workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to field sales leadership, gathering insights and identifying capability gaps to inform program enhancements.
  • Support execution of sales enablement initiatives, ensuring consistent application of selling standards and behaviors across teams.
  • Contribute to onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring strong foundational capability development and early field readiness.
  • Provide structured feedback and insights from the field to improve training design, content effectiveness, and enablement strategy.
  • Track training effectiveness and capability progress through observations, feedback loops, and performance indicators.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales capability, training, or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven frontline sales experience or prior field leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to coach sales teams and deliver impactful training sessions in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, field execution, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with field leadership and stakeholders.
  • High level of organization, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced, field-based environments.
  • Digital fluency with sales tools and platforms, including MS Office and exposure to analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% or more), including overnight travel and regular on-site presence with field teams.
  • Strong coaching mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive behavior change through trust and credibility.
  • Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or distribution-driven sales environments is a strong advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer participation.
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and additional flexible leave benefits.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • Opportunity to work across a portfolio of globally recognized beauty brands.
  • High-impact field-based role with direct influence on sales performance and capability development.
  • Strong exposure to leadership, training strategy, and commercial execution initiatives.
  • Career development opportunities within a global, growth-oriented organization.
