You will evaluate, refine, and create high-quality technical content that strengthens model reasoning and accuracy. In this role, you will apply your computer science expertise to support AI training and evaluation:
- Analyze and evaluate complex computer science problems, ensuring solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Review technical approaches and provide structured recommendations across domains such as algorithms, systems, and software engineering.
- Create, refine, and validate technical documentation including system designs, architecture descriptions, and research-style content.
- Develop structured scenarios, datasets, and case studies that enhance AI model training and reasoning capabilities.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for correctness, completeness, and logical consistency, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve task quality, documentation standards, and evaluation methodologies.
We are looking for a strong computer science professional with solid theoretical and applied foundations:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, operating systems, databases, networking, and software engineering principles.
- Experience producing technical documentation, system design documents, research papers, or similar materials.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in written and verbal form.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, structured, and collaborative environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or database systems.
- Exposure to technical reviews, research projects, or open-source contributions.
