• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services in Java, with a focus on triggers, conditions, and event-driven platform capabilities.
• Build and enhance high-availability systems that support large-scale IT operations across global environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring systems are maintainable, performant, and aligned with long-term product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, refine technical solutions, and deliver high-quality features.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting engineering best practices and code quality standards.
• Own technical initiatives end-to-end, from design through implementation, testing, and production delivery.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements across distributed systems and backend services.

This role requires extensive experience in backend engineering and large-scale distributed systems, with a strong foundation in Java development. • 10+ years of professional Java software development experience in product-focused environments
• 5+ years of experience designing and scaling highly distributed, high-availability systems
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
• Experience with API design and RESTful services (e.g., Spring or Jersey frameworks)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
• Experience with large-scale system architecture, including asynchronous processing and client-server models
• Familiarity with caching systems such as Redis (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges
• Experience with quality assurance practices and building reliable production systems
