This role offers the opportunity to act as a technical reference in Artificial Intelligence, with a strong focus on generative AI, agents, and emerging AI development tools. You will design and integrate innovative AI solutions while continuously analyzing results and identifying opportunities for improvement. The position combines hands-on technical work with architecture design, documentation, evaluation, and knowledge sharing. You will help establish best practices around AI efficiency, observability, monitoring, and the effective use of AI assets. The role also involves contributing to strategic initiatives and representing technical perspectives in AI-focused events, forums, and discussions. It is suited to someone who enjoys innovation, technical leadership, and working across different AI technologies and tools.

• Analyze the results of AI solutions and identify improvements based on data, performance indicators, and user or project feedback.
• Design architectures for hybrid AI solutions, integrating different AI tools and technologies according to project requirements.
• Develop and integrate generative AI solutions, agents, and AI capabilities to address complex technical and business needs.
• Document implemented solutions, processes, and technical decisions to facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across teams.
• Establish and promote best practices for AI observability, monitoring, evaluation, efficiency, and effective use of AI artifacts.
• Contribute to strategic AI initiatives, innovation projects, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Act as a technical reference for AI development, supporting teams in the adoption of appropriate architectures, tools, and engineering practices.
• Represent the organization in technical events, forums, conferences, and meetings focused on Artificial Intelligence.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to the continuous evolution of AI engineering practices and capabilities.

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI development, model integration, and implementation of AI solutions.
• Advanced experience with generative AI, including the creation of AI Agents and Skills, versioning, and evaluation practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating and working with agents, RAG, BMAD, APM, Devin, Claude, Copilot, Skills, and other AI development tools.
• Familiarity with internal or custom AI tooling and workflows, including platforms such as Hybrid Flow and Hive.
• Strong understanding of AI engineering practices, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, evaluation, and technical best practices.
• Ability to document complex technical processes clearly and structure knowledge for effective communication and reuse.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate AI outcomes and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Experience in technical leadership or active participation in AI conferences, forums, or technical communities is a plus.
• Experience publishing technical articles or presenting innovations related to Artificial Intelligence is desirable.
• Experience integrating solutions from multiple vendors or developing customized AI solutions for large organizations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience proposing or implementing AI initiatives that delivered measurable improvements in solution efficiency is a plus.
