The role is centered on 0→1 product development, from identifying and validating opportunities through launch, adoption, and iteration.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Creative Studio, Revenue, and other cross-functional teams.
A major focus will be applying AI/ML and generative AI capabilities across creative formats, particularly video and CTV.
You’ll have significant ownership over product strategy, roadmap decisions, success metrics, and technical and creative trade-offs.
The environment is remote-first, fast-moving, collaborative, and suited to someone who thrives in ambiguous spaces and leads through influence.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a portfolio covering video/CTV creative tools, AI-generated and brand content products, and integrations with social and partner platforms.
- Lead 0→1 initiatives by researching and validating customer problems, framing opportunities, defining product direction, and driving initiatives through launch and adoption.
- Translate complex cross-functional challenges into clear product visions, requirements, and actionable direction for Engineering, Design, and Quality Engineering teams.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to define how AI/ML and generative AI capabilities can be applied across creative formats while making informed technical trade-offs.
- Establish success metrics and KPIs, monitor product performance, and use data to prioritize investments, reduce low-impact work, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative professionals to ensure products support real-world workflows and meet high standards for creative quality and brand execution.
- Develop integrations with external platforms to expand the range of creative assets, formats, and capabilities available to users.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication across stakeholders, adapting the level of detail and context to each audience.
- Support customer-facing teams by addressing product questions and helping triage bugs, regressions, and other issues affecting the portfolio.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within a technology company, with a strong track record of delivering complex software products from concept through launch.
- Demonstrated experience leading 0→1 initiatives across multiple teams and bringing structure, direction, and alignment to new or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience building products in AdTech, MarTech, creative technology, or related platforms; experience with creative-building or generative AI products is particularly relevant.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and generative AI concepts, with the ability to work effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams and assess technical capabilities and limitations.
- Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent level of hands-on technical experience, enabling credible discussions around architecture, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
- Strong product design and creative judgment, combined with sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Engineering, Design, Creative, Data Science, Revenue, and other functions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and build stakeholder alignment around a product vision.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, grounded in business impact, customer value, and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority and operate independently in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Canada base salary range of $168,000–$231,000 CAD.
- Base salary is determined based on factors such as experience, technical skills, knowledge, education, certifications, organizational needs, and budget.
- Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the role.
- Remote-first working environment.
- Retirement, 401(k), or pension savings programs, depending on location.
- Competitive paid time off, including birthday leave.
- Comprehensive mental health support.
- Health benefits available from the first day of employment.
- Work-from-home reimbursement.
- Optional global coworking membership.
- Structured training and onboarding programs.

- Social and team events within a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and employment arrangements.
