This is a foundational product leadership role focused on building the systems that determine how marketing outcomes are attributed to advertising efforts.
You’ll own the vision and roadmap for an attribution portfolio spanning multiple channels, methodologies, and customer-facing measurement capabilities.
The role combines strategic product ownership with deep collaboration across engineering, data, analytics, revenue, and product marketing teams.
You’ll work directly with sophisticated customers to understand their measurement needs and translate complex attribution challenges into scalable products.
Success will require navigating ambiguity, making data-informed decisions, and delivering high-quality features from concept through completion.
The position offers significant influence over the evolution of attribution and measurement capabilities within a large-scale advertising technology environment.
It is a remote-first opportunity open to candidates located in Canada, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, technical fluency, and cross-functional leadership.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the attribution product portfolio, including click and view-through attribution, channel- and vertical-specific models, and customer-facing reporting and measurement capabilities.
  • Lead product initiatives from ambiguous problem spaces through research, definition, prioritization, development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
  • Work closely with complex and sophisticated customers to understand their attribution requirements, measurement approaches, and expectations around assigning marketing credit.
  • Build alignment across Data & Analytics, Data Science, Revenue, Product Marketing, Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance, and other teams contributing to attribution and measurement.
  • Define clear product specifications that capture user needs, expected feature behavior, success criteria, and technical considerations for delivery teams.
  • Translate complex data, identity, and attribution challenges into actionable product decisions and scalable solutions.
  • Establish hypotheses, design experiments, evaluate results, and iterate on products based on measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Support internal and external enablement by helping communicate existing and new attribution methodologies and capabilities.
  • Drive initiatives through completion while maintaining a high standard of product quality and increasing customer engagement with the platform.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in product management, with demonstrated ownership of product vision and roadmaps from strategy through delivery.
  • Deep understanding of advertising attribution and measurement methodologies, including multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality and lift studies, geo experiments, CTV attribution, ABM attribution, retail media measurement, and web analytics attribution.
  • Experience solving complex product problems involving data pipelines, identity resolution, event-level attribution, and measurement at scale.
  • Ability to translate sophisticated technical constraints into clear product decisions and explain complex attribution concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning multiple teams, and delivering measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments.
  • Data-driven approach to product development, including hypothesis formation, experimentation, KPI analysis, and iterative decision-making.
  • Strong product and design sense, with the ability to evaluate features from the user’s perspective and identify opportunities to improve usability and value.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment across technical, commercial, analytical, and creative stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to use LLM and AI tools effectively in day-to-day product work, while understanding when AI is appropriate and when deterministic approaches are preferable.
  • Strong ownership, judgment, prioritization, and bias toward action.
Benefits:
  • Canada base salary range of $188,000–$258,500 CAD.
  • Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the role.
  • Remote-first working environment.
  • Retirement, 401(k), or pension savings programs, depending on location.
  • Competitive paid time off, including birthday leave.
  • Comprehensive mental health care support.
  • Health benefits available from the first day of employment.
  • Work-from-home reimbursement.
  • Optional global coworking membership.
  • Robust training and onboarding programs.
  • Support for professional development, including conferences, courses, and books.
  • Access to industry-focused courses and certifications for continuous learning.
  • Parental leave programs.
  • Social and team events.
  • Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and employment arrangement.
