Business Systems & IT Analyst in Temple, Texas at Texas Hydraulics Inc

Do you enjoy figuring out why a system isn’t working, helping people get back on track, and finding ways to make a process work better? We’re looking for a Business Systems & IT Analyst to support our Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1) users and assist with day-to-day IT operations.

You’ll work with people across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. The role combines business application support with opportunities to work on Microsoft 365, devices, system administration, and IT projects.

• Help Oracle E-Business Suite users troubleshoot issues and resolve day-to-day questions.

• Work with business teams to understand their needs and coordinate system changes.

• Help plan, test, and roll out application fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.

• Document processes and system changes, and provide user training as needed.

• Assist with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, devices, and other IT systems.

• Work with IT vendors and support projects involving backups, phone systems, and other business technology.

• Keep users informed and follow issues through to resolution.

• At least two years of experience supporting an ERP system, business applications, or IT systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

• The ability to work with both business users and technical resources.

• A service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly R12.1, is preferred. Experience in manufacturing or supply chain, Microsoft 365 administration, Group Policy, or vendor and project coordination is also helpful.

A degree in business, supply chain, finance, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Physical Requirements

This role involves regular computer work and communication with employees and vendors. It may occasionally involve moving or setting up equipment weighing up to 10 pounds.
