We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Client Care Professional to be the welcoming face of our office while helping clients navigate their legal journey with confidence.

As a Client Care Professional, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients while keeping our office running smoothly. You'll work closely with attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, insurance representatives, and remote team members to ensure clients receive outstanding service every step of the way.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome clients and visitors while creating a warm, professional first impression.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal teams.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and medical visits.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our case management system.
• Track client requests, follow-ups, and outstanding tasks to completion.
• Assist with client disbursements, correspondence, and other administrative support.
• Manage front desk operations including mail, deliveries, office supplies, conference rooms, and office readiness.
• Support both onsite and remote teammates to ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Perform additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, reception, hospitality, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Legal, personal injury, or client service experience
• CRM or case management software experience (Litify is a plus)
• Notary Public
• Spanish or other bilingual language skills
