Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car cleaning services to our customers, ensuring that each vehicle is cleaned to the highest standards. You will be expected to maintain cleanliness in the work area, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Duties:

• Maintain new and pre-owned vehicles’ appearance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles as needed or as requested to the Company’s standards
• Wash and detail vehicles (when needed) to the Company’s standards.
• Ensure all unattended vehicles in the lot and parking areas are locked.
• Keep new and pre-owned lots neat and organized.
• Move customer and dealership vehicles as directed.
• Make and implement decisions regarding maintaining and cleaning vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damage before returning the vehicle to customer, and report any damage immediately to management
• Wash overflow of vehicles, as necessary, to avoid bottlenecks
• Return all vehicle keys to lock box
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations, such as safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, Right-to-Know, etc.
• Clean dealership areas (e.g., walkways and sidewalks) as needed
• Utilize all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems
• Utilizing Fundamentals Skills by providing prompt, efficient and quality service to the customers and dealership
• Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Familiarity with car wash operations and detailing techniques (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving customer vehicles.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this role.
