Front Desk Host in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at Crown and Raine

Crown & Raine is seeking a Front Desk Host to be the face of our luxury head spa experience. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, elevated guest experience from the moment clients walk in to the moment they leave. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

$15 - $20 hourly

• Greet every client with a warm, professional, and luxury-level first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
• Answer phone calls, texts, and online booking inquiries promptly
• Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and retail area
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions
• Drive retail sales and recommend products confidently
• Handle transactions, the POS system, and daily cash reconciliation
• Support team members and maintain a positive, team-first environment

• Prior customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and scheduling software experience (Vagaro or similar is a plus)
• Availability for evenings and weekends
