Wastewater Operator in Yarmouth, Massachusetts at Weston & Sampson Engineers Inc

Weston & Sampson Services is currently looking for a Wastewater Treatment Operator to support operations and maintenance in the Upper Cape Cod Region.

What you’ll do:

Monitoring and observing operating conditions and adjusting process controls as necessaryTroubleshooting of plant equipment and performing minor maintenance as necessaryCollecting samples and performing routine lab tests Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety requirementsGeneral housekeeping at facilitiesMaintaining accurate records of operations and maintenance activitiesCompiling monthly data for compliance reporting

What you will bring:

A high school diploma or equivalent is requiredA minimum MA Grade 4M Wastewater Treatment Operator LicenseKnowledge of MA DEP regulation of plan O&M is desirable Familiarity with computers in a Windows based environmentMust be able to work outdoors in all climates, climb ladders and lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.Good written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's license

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience
