Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to our CEO, Board of Directors. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Support to CEO:
Manage the CEO's daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, expense reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare meeting materials.
Serve as a communication liaison for stakeholders at all levels.
Board Support & Liaison:
Act as the administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, managing board activities and coordinating meetings and events.
Compile and distribute board meeting materials, take minutes, and maintain board portal.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in C-Suite executive administrative roles and legal practice assistance/secretarial positions.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and exercise professional discretion.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
Supervision:
None
