Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Compliance Analyst to support compliance and risk management activities. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting a career in compliance, audit, or risk, offering hands-on exposure to regulatory processes, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring company activities for compliance with policies and regulations
- Maintain and organize compliance documentation and records
- Support audits, reviews, and basic risk assessments
- Track and summarize regulatory updates and changes
- Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards
- Collaborate with teams across HR, IT, Legal, and Finance
- Assist with internal compliance reviews and issue resolution
- Support compliance training materials and communications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or academic projects acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, SOC 2)
- Internship experience in compliance, audit, legal, or finance
- Basic data analysis or reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Understanding of risk management concepts
- Interest in obtaining compliance or audit certifications
