This role sits at the core of a modern, cloud-first engineering organization, focused on enabling scalable, secure, and efficient software delivery across AWS-based environments. You will design and enforce cloud standards, improve developer experience, and ensure infrastructure is reliable, cost-efficient, and compliant. Acting as a bridge between platform engineering and product teams, you will help developers build faster through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and self-service tooling. - Implement and maintain AWS cloud standards across infrastructure, networking, and application components, ensuring security, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Support and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and reusable patterns to enable developer self-service and consistency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize applications for cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and secure delivery practices
- Build, maintain, and improve automation and deployment tooling to enhance developer productivity and platform reliability
- Support monitoring, logging, and observability systems to ensure performance, reliability, and proactive issue detection
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across AWS environments, including performance, security, and scalability challenges
- Contribute to cloud security and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
- Participate in on-call rotation and support internal developer platform services
- Create documentation and support training efforts to improve developer autonomy and platform adoption
The ideal candidate has hands-on AWS experience and a strong background in developer platforms, infrastructure automation, and distributed systems. You are technically strong, collaborative, and comfortable supporting complex cloud environments at scale.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
