Reporting directly to the Corporate Facilities Manager, we are currently seeking a General Laborer for our Dayshift to be based at our Price, Utah Loudermilk Facilities.

Job Description
Job Title: General Laborer
Position Summary: Under direct close supervision, provide various support duties to assist daily production
operations.
Work Schedule: Dayshift - Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with the possibility of OT, weekends, and nights.
Essential Functions.
Other Duties as Assigned.
- General Duties
- Clean and prepare equipment to meet or exceed the FOD (foreign object debris) requirements during final stages of completion before it gets shipped to customer. This includes spraying cleaner, wiping with cleaning rags, dusting, sweeping, mopping, gathering loose material or garbage.
- Assemble, install, disassemble, clean, prepare, repair, refurbish, as related to the job.
- Collect and gather garbage and debris inside the facility and outside on facility grounds.
- Help provide organization to the shop floor.
- Use and operate various hand and shop tools.
- Properly care for and maintain tools in good operating condition; ensure tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each shift.

Requirements:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or prior experience in electrical, mechanical, or panel assembly preferred.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and crimpers.
- Capable of operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., and stand, walk, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize work with minimal supervision while meeting production goals.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
