This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enablement Manager, Global Investigators based in the United States.

This role is focused on building and scaling high-impact enablement programs for a specialized community of investigative professionals working at the intersection of intelligence, compliance, and financial crime prevention. The Enablement Manager will design onboarding, training, and capability-building frameworks that accelerate time-to-productivity and ensure practitioners are fully equipped to operate in complex, mission-critical environments. This position plays a key role in translating product innovation into field-ready knowledge, ensuring investigators can effectively demonstrate value to customers from day one. It is both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can build programs from scratch while continuously iterating based on field feedback. The role also drives commercial enablement by helping investigators identify expansion signals and convert them into actionable opportunities. Working cross-functionally across product, sales, and customer success, this position directly influences revenue growth, operational readiness, and customer impact.

Accountabilities
  • Design and launch a structured onboarding and enablement program for Global Investigators, ensuring rapid ramp-up and field readiness through scalable training frameworks and role-specific learning paths.
  • Develop commercial capability programs that help investigators identify expansion signals, support customer conversations, and enable effective opportunity handoffs to sales teams.
  • Create and maintain high-quality training content aligned with product releases, ensuring investigators are prepared to effectively position new capabilities in the field.
  • Build performance measurement systems to track onboarding effectiveness, content adoption, and commercial contribution using data-driven and AI-supported insights.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve the investigator-to-sales handoff process and reduce missed pipeline opportunities.
  • Act as a central connector between Product, PMM, Sales, and Investigations leadership to ensure enablement programs reflect real-world field needs and business priorities.
  • Continuously iterate on enablement programs based on feedback, performance data, and evolving product capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enablement, onboarding, training, or capability-building for technical, investigative, or mission-driven professional audiences.
  • Background in law enforcement, intelligence, financial crime, compliance, or related regulated environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing structured commercial enablement programs, including frameworks for opportunity identification and sales collaboration.
  • Strong ability to create clear, practical, field-ready training content that drives real behavior change.
  • AI-native mindset with demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate content creation, program design, and analytics.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high autonomy and minimal structure.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across product, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust with highly specialized practitioner audiences.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards
  • Fully remote work environment with distributed team flexibility
  • Opportunity to build a new function from the ground up with high strategic impact
  • Work at the intersection of AI, intelligence, and mission-driven investigations
  • High autonomy, ownership, and direct influence on commercial and operational outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional exposure across product, sales, and customer success teams
  • Fast-paced environment focused on innovation, iteration, and measurable impact
  • Opportunity to contribute to high-impact global safety and security initiatives
