You will analyze data from service management and mobile device platforms to generate performance reporting, uncover trends, and support decision-making for mobile program leadership. The position plays a key role in ensuring visibility into device inventory, usage behavior, service performance, and cost efficiency across mobile operations. Working in a highly analytical and detail-oriented capacity, you will collaborate with technical teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency. This is a remote position that requires strong autonomy, structured thinking, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze mobile device and service data from platforms such as ServiceNow and MDM systems to produce performance reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
  • Develop and maintain reporting on key mobile program metrics including inventory accuracy, device activation, ticket volumes, SLA compliance, and usage patterns.
  • Support quality assurance activities by reviewing mobile support tickets, evaluating process adherence, and monitoring customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Coordinate with external carriers to collect billing data, usage reports, and account-level summaries for analysis and reconciliation.
  • Maintain and reconcile mobile device inventory records, ensuring alignment between MDM systems and asset management databases.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and cost optimization opportunities in mobile usage data and escalate insights to program leadership.
  • Support financial analysis activities including spend tracking, cost modeling, and budget reporting for mobile services.
  • Develop and standardize reporting templates, dashboards, and documentation, including data dictionaries and reporting procedures.
  • Assist in preparing data-driven presentations for monthly, quarterly, and annual mobile program reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with 2+ years in a similar analytical or reporting role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and performance insights.
  • Experience working with mobile device management platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf) and service management tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT service operations, mobile infrastructure, or enterprise mobility environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear, business-friendly format.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, especially in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
  • Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation or CompTIA Security+ are preferred; additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
  • Remote work flexibility within a structured enterprise environment.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale mobile program operations with high-impact analytical responsibility.
  • Exposure to enterprise mobility platforms, data systems, and advanced reporting tools.
  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Professional development opportunities through certifications and technical upskilling.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and technical expertise.
  • Stable long-term role supporting mission-critical mobile services operations.
