What You'll Earn
This role rewards drivers who take ownership of their route and run it to its full potential:
Base Pay: $50,000
Core Bonuses: +$8,400/year (averaging $700/month)
Rotate Bonuses: +$4,800/year
Total Compensation Potential: $63,000 – $65,000

The Role
You'll get started the right way — riding alongside an experienced driver/supervisor to learn our business from the ground up. Once you're up to speed, you'll take ownership of your own truck and route, running it like your own small business.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Owning your route — sales, core collections, and truck inventory
Building genuine relationships with customers at every stop
Delivering an experience that exceeds expectations every single visit
Keeping your route operating at its maximum potential

What We're Looking For
Class B CDL or higher (required)
2+ years of route driving experience (required)
