They’re busy and receive a lot of outreach, so your approach should be clear, helpful, and well-researched.
What you’ll do day-to-day- Outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn (high quality, consistent volume)
- Target-account research to find the right people and the right message
- Lead qualification to understand needs, urgency, and fit
- Meeting booking for Account Executives with well-qualified prospects
- Pipeline management so your week is planned and your progress is visible
- Testing & iteration — refine messaging and sequences based on what performs
- Team collaboration with Sales Leadership to improve playbooks and share learnings
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must have experience calling companies located in US and Canada markets
- FFL and/or ERP background is a major plus
- Preferred industry experience in one or more of the following:
- Manufacturing
- Food and Beverage
- Wholesaling
- Accounting
- B2B Distribution
- 6–24 months in an SDR role (or comparable outbound experience with strong results)
- Comfortable working toward clear targets and tracking performance
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ownership: you follow through and keep momentum without being chased
