  • Contribute to integration design, API connectivity, application lifecycle management, and Agile project delivery initiatives.
  • Promote scalable, low-customization solutions that maximize long-term value and platform sustainability.
Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing/Customer Insights.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer engagement strategies, and business process optimization.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Power Platform technologies including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and integration technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and Power Platform connectors.

  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are considered strong assets.
  • Additional certifications in Scrum, Change Management, Business Analysis, or project delivery methodologies are advantageous.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and Customer Insights is considered a plus.
