This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Global Sales based in the United States.
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on driving enterprise revenue growth in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.
You will be both a hands-on closer and a strategic sales leader, directly responsible for winning high-value enterprise deals while shaping the global sales motion.
The role combines individual deal execution with team leadership, requiring a strong balance of hunting instincts and organizational building capability.
You will engage directly with C-level stakeholders at leading consumer-facing brands, positioning a category-defining platform that powers owned customer ecosystems.
A significant portion of your time will be spent in-market—prospecting, building relationships, and closing strategic contracts.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline velocity and expand market presence.

- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and outbound engagement through negotiation and contract closure.
- Personally source, develop, and close high-value strategic deals with enterprise customers across target industries.
- Build and manage a strong, proactive pipeline with a consistent focus on revenue generation and deal quality.
- Represent the organization in executive-level conversations, industry events, conferences, and strategic customer meetings globally.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on priority deals, strategic accounts, and high-impact commercial opportunities.
- Coach and support the sales team on deal strategy, forecasting accuracy, and execution discipline.
- Contribute to building a scalable global sales organization with strong pipeline generation and accountability frameworks.
- Align closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless enterprise deal execution and expansion opportunities.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
- Proven ability to sell into consumer-facing industries such as retail, media, travel, fitness, entertainment, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated success in personally driving revenue growth through direct ownership of complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and comfort in fast-paced, scaling environments.
- Deep commercial acumen, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal structuring expertise.
- Strong relationship-building skills and an active or established professional network within relevant industries.
- Passion for both selling and building, with a willingness to operate as a hands-on contributor and leader.
