Accountabilities:

  • Lead customer engagement activities such as field days, demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept trials to support the sales cycle.
  • Deliver hands-on training and technical guidance on autonomy and vision-based solutions to customers and channel partners.
  • Identify emerging market needs and new agricultural use cases by maintaining close relationships with customers and partners.

  • Develop compelling sales materials including presentations, pitch decks, and executive-level communications.
  • Support account managers throughout the sales process by contributing technical expertise and customer insights.
Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales, field applications, market development, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong background in agriculture, ideally across broadacre, row crop, or permanent crop environments, with exposure to channel or distribution models.
  • Solid understanding of autonomy-related technologies such as GNSS/INS, machine vision, ROS, CAN bus, or perception systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and executive-level presentations with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages (e.g., Dutch, German, French, or Nordic languages) are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Proactive, relationship-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and strong self-management in a remote, field-based environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Flexible, home-based work model anywhere in Europe.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge autonomy technologies shaping the future of agriculture.
  • High-impact role with strong visibility across commercial, technical, and product teams.
  • International work environment with exposure to global markets and customers.
  • Career development opportunities within a rapidly growing technology sector.
