This is a rare opportunity for a highly versatile, hands-on creative to shape the full social content universe for a major legacy fashion and accessories retailer.
You will be the driving force behind ideas that move from concept to final execution across every platform.
The role blends strategy, storytelling, and production into one highly autonomous creative function.
You will concept, shoot, direct, edit, animate, and write — building content that defines a distinctive visual and cultural voice.
Working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment, you will translate briefs into standout social-first ideas.
Your work will directly influence how millions engage with fashion storytelling across digital platforms.
You will own the end-to-end creation of social content, transforming ideas into fully produced, platform-ready assets. You are expected to operate as a multidisciplinary creator who can move fluidly between ideation, production, and post-production.
- Concept and develop original social-first content ideas and multi-platform creative series aligned with brand and cultural trends.
- Lead full production cycles including art direction, styling, prop sourcing, shooting (photo/video), and on-set execution.
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, social ads) with strong narrative pacing and visual rhythm.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and design elements that elevate storytelling across platforms.
- Write creative copy including scripts, captions, on-screen text, and presentation decks.
- Pitch and present creative concepts directly to stakeholders, confidently articulating ideas and rationale.
- Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to translate briefs into impactful social content systems.
This role requires a senior-level multidisciplinary creator with strong aesthetic sensibility, technical execution skills, and deep cultural fluency in fashion and digital storytelling.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation across brands, agencies, or independent creative work, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Highly developed visual aesthetic with proven ability to create distinctive, trend-aware content.
- Strong passion for fashion, style, and consumer culture, with demonstrated cultural awareness.
- Hands-on production skills, including photography and videography (DSLR and mobile), set-building, and art direction.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, plus design tools such as Figma or Keynote.
- Strong copywriting ability for conceptual ideas, scripts, captions, and creative storytelling.
- Experience presenting and selling creative work to clients or stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Strong collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly within a team environment.
- Competitive base salary range: $70,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and skills
