Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Management & Operations to partner with leaders across India and the US in driving organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and performance excellence. This role is 70% Talent Management and 30% Operations.
This role combines HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and People Analytics. The ideal candidate will leverage data, technology, and AI-driven insights to enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational capability, and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with business leaders to drive talent, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, proactively identifying and addressing people-related opportunities and challenges.
Drive employee experience through regular connects, feedback mechanisms, engagement initiatives, and action planning.
Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Own and drive goal-setting, performance reviews, calibration, feedback cycles, and talent review processes.
Partner with managers on employee development, performance improvement, career growth, and succession planning.
Drive productivity and performance insights to support business decision-making.
Manage probation goal setting, reviews, and employee development milestones.
Ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and offboarding.
Maintain audit readiness through strong documentation, process governance, policy compliance, and data integrity.
Support HR policy management, process improvements, compliance requirements, and operational excellence initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of people processes.
Develop and maintain people dashboards and workforce analytics covering engagement, attrition, performance, productivity, and employee experience metrics.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support business and talent decisions.
Leverage AI and automation opportunities to improve HR efficiency, reporting, and employee experience.
Drive adoption of HR technology platforms and data-driven decision-making practices.
Support HRBP initiatives for US teams across employee lifecycle management, engagement, performance management, and people operations.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent people practices and compliance across geographies.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
4–7 years of experience in HRBP, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or HR Generalist roles.
Experience supporting business teams in high-growth, technology, healthcare, or startup environments.
Strong exposure to performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, analytics, and compliance.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
