This is a senior executive architecture leadership role responsible for defining and driving the long-term technical vision across a global, cloud-native SaaS platform. The position plays a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-wide architecture strategy, with a strong emphasis on AI-native systems, distributed cloud infrastructure, and scalable platform design. You will act as a key bridge between engineering execution and executive strategy, ensuring that architectural decisions directly support product innovation, security, and business growth. This role involves leading a high-performing architecture organization, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and setting global standards for engineering excellence. You will also be responsible for guiding major technological transformations while ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance across complex systems. • Define and drive the long-term enterprise architecture strategy, including AI-native and cloud-first platform evolution.
• Establish global architectural standards, governance frameworks, and reusable design principles across all systems.
• Lead architectural design for distributed systems, AI/ML integration, data engineering, and platform scalability.
• Manage and mentor a team of architects, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align architecture with business strategy and customer needs.
• Oversee security, compliance, reliability, and performance standards across the technology ecosystem.
• Evaluate and guide adoption of emerging technologies, third-party integrations, and open-source solutions.
• Lead architectural decision-making, balancing technical trade-offs, cost efficiency, and business impact.
• Drive large-scale architectural transformation initiatives within a rapidly evolving environment.

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including at least 5+ years in senior leadership or director-level roles.
• Extensive experience designing and scaling cloud-native distributed systems, particularly within AWS environments.
• Strong background in AI-native systems, AI platform design, or AI-enabled product architectures.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide architectural transformation and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of system design, platform scalability, reliability engineering, and secure architecture practices.
• Strong financial and strategic thinking skills, including evaluating trade-offs using TCO and ROI models.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing technical architecture teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
