This role focuses on applying deep manufacturing and industrial operations expertise to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems. You will contribute by designing realistic, high-fidelity operational scenarios that reflect real-world production, procurement, logistics, and supply chain challenges within Indian industrial environments. The position involves reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, operational realism, and alignment with industry best practices. You will also help define structured evaluation frameworks used to benchmark problem-solving in manufacturing contexts. Working independently in a flexible, remote setup, you will bring practical field knowledge into AI training workflows, helping improve how systems understand and replicate complex industrial operations. • Design realistic manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios in English or Telugu based on Indian production and supply chain environments
• Develop and adapt structured evaluation rubrics for assessing operational, engineering, and logistics-related problem-solving tasks
• Review and validate AI-generated and human-generated outputs for accuracy, feasibility, safety, and industrial relevance
• Create high-quality benchmark solutions reflecting best practices in manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
• Ensure scenarios reflect real-world workflows such as production planning, warehouse operations, quality control, and maintenance processes
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of industrial and supply chain systems
• Collaborate asynchronously with global teams to refine datasets and evaluation standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, production, procurement, logistics, or supply chain roles
• Native-level proficiency in Telugu and strong professional English communication skills
• Background in roles such as production supervision, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, inventory control, procurement, or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, operational processes, and industrial safety standards
• Practical knowledge of supply chain coordination, production systems, and process optimization in real-world environments
• Ability to analyze complex operational scenarios and translate them into structured, realistic case studies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate technical accuracy and process efficiency
• Self-directed working style suitable for remote, independent contractor arrangements
