Job Description
Rehab for All, Behavior & Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA clinic team in Colorado Springs, CO.
This role is part of a hybrid service model, which includes both in-clinic responsibilities and other clinical service components. Candidates must be local to Colorado Springs and able to work on-site at our facility as part of their regular schedule.
Compensation- $85,000 – $100,000 annual salary (DOE)
The BCBA will work closely with the Director of ABA Services and a multidisciplinary team of Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators to provide high-quality ABA services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and standardized assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)
- Develop individualized treatment goals, objectives, and behavior intervention plans
- Oversee implementation and integrity of data collection systems and treatment plans
- Analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and guide clinical decision-making
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators
- Conduct caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation
- Maintain regular supervision and oversight of assigned caseload
- Collaborate with the Director of ABA Services regarding client progress and clinical concerns
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, reports, and treatment updates
- Provide consistent oversight of service delivery across assigned cases
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Social Work, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
- Strong experience in ABA service delivery across home, community, or clinic settings
- Experience in staff training, supervision, and program development
- Proficiency in ABA methodologies including DTT, NET, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction strategies
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and responsibilities effectively
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic office and clinical documentation systems
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- CPR and First Aid certification (required or obtainable upon hire)
- PCM certification (preferred or as required by program standards)
- Ability to meet physical demands including sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
