Our Day Program in Columbus, OH is recruiting for a Van Driver to support and train direct care staff as well as ensure quality of services provided and health and safety to individuals served.

Responsibilities Include:
- Transport Benchmark clients to and from program activities/work.
- Communicate/document any client behavioral or health related issues and submit incident reports to the Day Services Program Manager.
- Maintain daily checklist, mileage logs/client non-medical transportation trips and submit Day Service Program Manager weekly.
- Complies with all department and agency policies and procedures.
- Performs daily and monthly vehicle inspections for safety/preventative maintenance needs and submit to the Day Services Program Manager.
- Within the scope of training, assist with the care of individuals served in day services and during community outings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
- Report to work as scheduled.
General Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Ohio driving law.
- Ability to safely navigate a van through traffic.
- Possesses the skill to safely drive a van during inclement weather.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
