  • Develop and execute account-based marketing initiatives targeting enterprise decision-makers, including CFOs, COOs, Controllers, and Heads of Payments.
  • Build and manage executive engagement programs, including leadership communities, advisory groups, executive dinners, roundtables, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Define and oversee the annual field marketing strategy, including conferences, sponsored events, webinars, speaking engagements, and hosted experiences.

  • Design and execute direct mail, gifting, and account engagement programs that support strategic account penetration and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, brand, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, account engagement, conversion metrics, and marketing effectiveness, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for U.S. demand generation performance, conducting regular pipeline reviews and business updates with executive stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, account-based marketing, executive community management, or related B2B enterprise marketing functions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within fintech, payments, banking, financial operations, enterprise finance software, or closely related industries.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise demand generation programs targeting senior executive buyers and complex sales cycles.
  • Direct experience developing and executing ABM strategies for named accounts and high-value enterprise prospects.
  • Demonstrated success creating, launching, and managing executive communities, leadership forums, advisory groups, or similar relationship-driven programs.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise conferences, executive events, sponsorships, hosted dinners, and event-driven pipeline generation initiatives.
  • Background working with public relations agencies, media outreach programs, and industry publications.
  • Strong understanding of marketing-sourced pipeline metrics, lead qualification processes, conversion performance, and revenue attribution models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor while building the foundation for future team growth.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing technologies, CRM platforms, automation tools, AI-enabled workflows, and account intelligence solutions.
  • Knowledge of payments, banking operations, financial controls, or enterprise finance ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the country.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to operate from anywhere within the United States.
  • Opportunity to build and shape a demand generation function with significant strategic influence and executive visibility.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Exposure to a fast-growing international business serving enterprise organizations across multiple global markets.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over marketing strategy, execution, and performance outcomes.
  • Opportunity to work with innovative technologies, AI-driven tools, and modern go-to-market approaches.
  • Career advancement potential, including the opportunity to scale and lead a dedicated demand generation team over time.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture that values innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
