Now Hiring: Donation Attendant/Associate

Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange (GRACE) has an opening for a Donation Attendant/Associate at our Donation Station in Grapevine, TX.

Ideal Candidates:
Previous warehouse, production, sorting, or donation intake experience.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
Must be comfortable working in various temperatures both inside and outside.

What you'll do:
Accept donations by unloading vehicles.
Provide customer service in a friendly manner.
Process donations by sorting, cleaning, testing, boxing and/or bagging items.
Fulfill resale orders by loading goods into box trucks and vendor trailers.
Maintain warehouse organization in an efficient and safe manner.
Work with various volunteers to achieve organization and production goals.
Assist and deliver fulfillment orders to resale sites and other third party events as needed.

NOTE: This is a summary of the duties and not a full list. Individual job descriptions will be provided upon hire as well as discussed during the interview process.

What we'll offer:
Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday; Sunday and Monday off to reset.
Hours are set at 8 am - 5 pm
Pay Range - $15.38 - $16.78/hour; based on qualifications and experience.
Full time position with benefits available after 60 days.
Sick, Vacation, Personal Time, Holiday Pay.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Required.
6 months to one year experience in a donation, customer service or production type role.
Must be able to work Saturdays are apart of the schedule.
Experience with nonprofits, donation intake, or thrift background is a plus!
