We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales and grow business within an assigned geographic area. While this role is listed as remote, it is a Field Operations position that requires travel within the Houston, Texas market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, conducting monthly visits and quarterly business reviews using Microsoft Power BI.
- Drive sales by introducing new products and categories, ensuring continuous business growth.
- Monitor weekly sales analytics to track progress toward goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to secure accounts within designated territory.
- Manage in-store merchandising, including product placement, label updates, restocking, and ensuring promotions are properly set.
- Support resets and new store setups as needed.
- Process orders, ensure promotional materials are in place, and handle authorized returns.
- Work closely with managers and merchandisers to address any concerns and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate account records and complete all required paperwork and electronic checklists.
- Submit weekly expense reports and adhere to company maintenance directives.
- Maintain an updated printed sales book to showcase products to potential buyers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong sales and presentation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in customer service and account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Valid drivers license with a clean record and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Travel 100%. 3-4 Days Per Week of Overnight travel required.
