Siteimprove is a leading agentic content intelligence platform where accessibility meets performance. Our mission is to transform access to the digital world and we're differentiated as the only unified platform that brings together content compliance and performance in one seamless solution.

At Siteimprove, Product Marketing plays a critical role in driving business impact connecting product innovation to market needs, shaping category narratives, and enabling our go-to-market teams to win. As digital accessibility regulations tighten globally with ADA Title III enforcement rising and the European Accessibility Act now in effect our Accessibility product line is at the centre of our commercial growth strategy.

We're looking for a Senior Principal Product Marketing Manager to own and evolve our Accessibility positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy shaping how Siteimprove leads in the next era of AI-driven compliance and digital governance.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing, offering strong visibility and influence on overall product and GTM strategy. You'll partner closely with GTM teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate deep domain expertise into compelling narratives, differentiated positioning, and revenue-driving programs.

What you will be doing
Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Establish clear, differentiated positioning for Siteimprove in Accessibility that reinforces market leadership and reduces compliance risk for commercial enterprises
  • Enable consistent, high-impact messaging across personas from Directors of Digital Accessibility to Web Platform Leads and Marketing leaders that improves engagement and conversion
  • Translate complex regulatory frameworks (ADA Title III, WCAG, EAA) and AI-driven accessibility capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive customer understanding and demand
  • Build and operationalize a scalable messaging framework that aligns all GTM teams and accelerates execution across segments
  • Elevate Siteimprove’s perception as a market leader in Accessibility moving the narrative from compliance tool to strategic revenue driver
Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Deliver successful quarterly launches of new Accessibility and agentic governance capabilities that drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Identify and prioritize high-value segments, ICPs, and use cases with a focus on highly regulated industries such as government, higher education to commercial verticals such as financial services, healthcare, and others to maximize pipeline and market penetration
  • Drive measurable pipeline generation and customer acquisition through integrated campaigns with Growth and Field Marketing
  • Own expansion and upsell motions, partnering with Customer Success to move customers up the accessibility maturity curve
Thought Leadership & Market Influence
  • Increase Siteimprove’s visibility and credibility as a category leader in digital accessibility and AI-powered governance
  • Generate high-impact thought leadership that shapes market perception, advances the conversation beyond compliance, and drives inbound demand
  • Expand industry influence through events, analyst engagement, and external representation including engagement around ADA Title III, EAA, and WCAG developments
Product & Sales Enablement
  • Improve sales effectiveness, win rates, and average selling price (ASP) through high-quality enablement assets and clear value narratives including competitive differentiation against overlay tools and point solutions
  • Equip GTM teams with the knowledge and confidence to position Siteimprove’s Accessibility capabilities across personas and competitive scenarios
  • Influence product roadmap decisions with market and regulatory insights that align innovation to customer needs and revenue opportunities
Agentic-First Mindset & AI Strategy
  • Drive measurable business impact by embedding agentic workflows that improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes across GTM
  • Shape product direction to deliver agentic accessibility capabilities including continuous monitoring, AI-powered remediation guidance, and human-in-the-loop workflows that improve customer outcomes and competitive differentiation
  • Institutionalize AI-first thinking across product marketing to enhance speed, quality, and innovation in execution
  • Anticipate and respond to shifts in the regulatory landscape and AI-driven search to maintain Siteimprove’s leadership in an evolving accessibility market
