About Donlin Gold
Donlin Gold is advancing one of the world’s largest undeveloped gold deposits, located in Alaska’s Yukon-Kuskokwim region. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Contract Administrator – Native & Community Partnerships to support the Company’s commitments to Alaska Native Corporations, Village Corporations, and regional stakeholders.
This position plays a key role in administering and monitoring agreements that support shareholder employment, workforce development, contracting opportunities, and community investment. The role works closely with Supply Chain, Human Resources, Project Controls, and external partners to ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled and relationships remain strong and productive.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and monitor agreements with Alaska Native Corporation, Village Corporation, and community partners
- Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Maintain a centralized contract management system and supporting documentation
- Identify compliance risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related matters with partner organizations
- Support reporting on shareholder employment, workforce development, and contracting commitments
- Coordinate with HR and Supply Chain to track hiring, training, and contractor participation metrics
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and partner organizations
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and coordinating new agreements and amendments
- Support engagement activities with community stakeholders and partner organizations
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in contract administration, compliance, procurement, or stakeholder coordination
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Five (5)+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with Alaska Native Corporations, Tribal organizations, or Indigenous stakeholders
- Experience supporting complex commercial or partnership agreements
- Background in mining, construction, natural resources, or project-based environments
- Experience with contract management systems and reporting tools
