Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, communications, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with event planning
- Maintain organized office records, files, and administrative systems
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support Highlander’s with administrative and operational needs
- Assist leadership with delegated projects and special assignments
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Help create a positive, professional, and client-focused office environment
