Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, communications, and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with event planning
  • Maintain organized office records, files, and administrative systems
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Support Highlander’s with administrative and operational needs
  • Assist leadership with delegated projects and special assignments
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Help create a positive, professional, and client-focused office environment
