About the Role
This position is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to support organizational staffing needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and HR to develop effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will proactively build talent pipelines, utilize innovative sourcing techniques including cold outreach, maintain accurate recruitment reporting, and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a results-driven approach to achieving hiring objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Achieve a minimum of 20 accepted offers per quarter following the initial 90-day onboarding period.
- Conduct initial outreach to all new applicants within 24 hours of application receipt.
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for an assigned service line.
- Lead and facilitate weekly recruiting meetings with hiring leaders, providing updates on open positions, pipeline status, hiring challenges, and recruitment strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities.
- Proactively source candidates for every open requisition on an ongoing basis.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including:
- Job boards
- LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Employee referrals
- Professional networks
- Industry associations
- Cold calling and cold outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop pools of passive candidates who may be qualified for future opportunities.
- Create and execute strategic sourcing plans for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates through phone calls, text messages, emails, and interview scheduling.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects the organization's culture and values.
- Incorporate relevant company videos, blog articles, and employer branding content into candidate outreach efforts.
- Ensure candidates are informed and engaged throughout each stage of the hiring process.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency in moving candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
- Communicate professionally with hiring managers and leadership through email, Microsoft Teams, meetings, and recruiting updates.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Proactively solicit interview feedback and hiring decisions from stakeholders.
- Escalate delays and barriers that may impact hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute weekly recruiting reports and pipeline updates.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date weekly PowerPoint slideshow outlining:
- Requisition status
- Candidate pipeline activity
- Interview progress
- Offer status
- Utilize recruitment data to identify opportunities and improve hiring outcomes.
- Prepare, review, and manage offer letters and contracts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure offers align with organizational compensation guidelines and approval requirements.
- Coordinate offer extensions and negotiations as appropriate.
- Maintain strict attention to detail and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, talent sourcing, business development, or a sales environment with responsibility for generating qualified leads and driving results.
- Proven experience generating candidate pipelines or sales leads through proactive sourcing, networking, cold outreach, and relationship-building activities.
- Demonstrated success working in a KPI-driven environment with accountability for performance metrics, productivity goals, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong experience conducting candidate or prospect outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, text messaging, social media, and other engagement channels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and consistently meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly when managing candidate information, recruiting data, offers, contracts, and documentation.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Outlook, and other recruiting technologies.
Qualities You Have
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, clinical, or hard-to-fill professional positions.
- Proven success recruiting for positions that generate limited applicant volume and require intensive sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance goals, including achieving recruiting or sales KPIs at least 75% of the time.
- Consistent track record of performing within the top 50% of a recruiting, sourcing, or sales team.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including reporting, pipeline tracking, and presentation development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience supporting high-growth, high-volume, or multi-location hiring environments.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
- Required travel up to 10%
- This is a full-time position working standard business hours Monday – Friday.
