- Build and execute growth strategies across multiple market segments, including retail, industrial, grocery, transportation, logistics, restaurants, healthcare, and field services.
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs by creating target account lists, segment strategies, and personalized campaigns in partnership with sales and business development teams.
- Own demand generation initiatives across outbound, inbound, paid channels, social media, and experimental growth channels, ensuring campaigns are tied directly to pipeline creation.
- Design and optimize account engagement strategies using multi-channel approaches, including email, social, paid advertising, and targeted outreach programs.
- Manage outbound growth motions by defining audiences, messaging, sequences, and campaign signals that improve engagement and conversion.
- Launch integrated campaigns around product updates, events, and key business moments while building repeatable processes for future growth.
- Develop lifecycle marketing programs covering nurture campaigns, product announcements, expansion opportunities, and re-engagement initiatives.
- Build and improve growth infrastructure, including landing pages, automation workflows, AI-powered SDR flows, calculators, and self-service experiences.
- Own campaign reporting, attribution, and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize investment.
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Executives, and business development teams to ensure strong lead handoffs, campaign alignment, and continuous feedback loops.
- Create scalable GTM systems by leveraging automation, APIs, AI tools, and modern marketing technology platforms.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles, ideally within SaaS, enterprise technology, or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience building and scaling account-based marketing programs, outbound campaigns, and pipeline-generation strategies from target identification through conversion.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem, including CRM platforms, enrichment tools, intent data, automation systems, paid advertising platforms, and analytics.
- Experience working with GTM technologies such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, paid media platforms, and campaign orchestration systems.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing workflows, coding environments, APIs, or tools such as Claude Code or similar LLM-based solutions is highly valued.
- Ability to build and ship marketing systems, workflows, and automation independently while working with technical platforms.
- Experience marketing complex B2B products and quickly developing expertise in new industries or market segments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance data to strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
