This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical SAP environments by ensuring business continuity, operational stability, and efficient resolution of complex issues.
The position focuses on SAP Materials Management and Quality Management processes, working closely with business and technical teams.

The SAP MM Lead Consultant will be responsible for providing functional production support, resolving critical SAP issues, and ensuring smooth business operations across procurement, inventory, and quality processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and resolve P1 and P2 priority incidents related to SAP MM and QM modules within defined SLA and KPI targets.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, integration, and business teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Support incident triage, impact analysis, prioritization, escalation management, and resolution tracking.
- Provide functional support for SAP MM processes, including procurement, purchase orders, goods receipt, goods issue, invoice verification, vendor master, material master, inventory management, stock transfers, subcontracting, and consignment processes.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to pricing, account determination, and release strategies.
- Support integration processes between SAP MM and other modules such as FI, SD, PP, and QM.
- Perform functional testing and validate solutions before deployment.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and improve SAP process efficiency.
- Contribute to change management activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP functional consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM/QM support environments and enterprise application operations. Required qualifications and skills include:
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP MM and QM functional consulting or production support.
- Proven experience handling critical SAP incidents, including P1/P2 tickets.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, material master, and vendor master.
- Good understanding of SAP QM processes, including inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions, and quality notifications.
- Experience with issue analysis, troubleshooting, functional testing, and business process support.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration points across MM, QM, FI, SD, and PP modules.
- Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to MM/QM.
- Knowledge of interfaces, batch management, and valuation processes.
