About the role:
The Network Administrator plays a critical role in keeping SpeedX’s logistics network running accurately and efficiently. - Maintain and update network configurations including routes, hub profiles, and station data to ensure system accuracy at all times
- Support daily dispatch planning by validating routing logic, sorting rules, and scheduling parameters within the TMS/WMS
- Monitor network performance metrics – including delay rate, mis-sort rate, and throughput – and flag anomalies for timely resolution
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to uphold system stability, data integrity, and configuration consistency across hubs
- Support the rollout of new operational features such as dispatch optimization tools and routing upgrades, including UAT and go-live validation
- Identify data inconsistencies across stations, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards for management review and decision-making
- Assist in developing and standardizing SOPs across regions and stations to improve operational consistency
- Support change management processes for network upgrades, expansions, or system migrations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations, network coordination, or system administration
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis; SQL experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across operations and IT teams
- Highly detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven working style
