This role is focused on driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through high-impact B2B marketing strategies in the supply chain technology space. You will design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs targeting enterprise and mid-market buyers, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and account-based strategies. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will optimize digital campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and automation platforms. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and strengthen conversion across the funnel. You will leverage analytics, AI-powered tools, and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on position where your work directly influences qualified pipeline growth and business expansion.
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth and demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Partner closely with sales teams to design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value target accounts.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing programs, including paid search, display, email, SEO, and marketing automation.
- Use AI-driven tools and marketing technologies to improve targeting, personalization, lead nurturing, and campaign performance.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline impact, and return on marketing investment.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization across landing pages, messaging, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality marketing assets and go-to-market content.
- Leverage customer insights and market data to refine positioning, messaging, and segmentation strategies.
- Support industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B technology environment.
- Proven track record of driving significant year-over-year growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Experience marketing complex SaaS or enterprise solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, funnel optimization, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance marketing efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and interpreting marketing performance data.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with sales teams.
- Preferred: experience in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software marketing.
- Competitive annual salary range of $85,000 – $105,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
