Technical Solution Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Solution Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare technology, enterprise integration, and customer delivery, focused on enabling seamless technical onboarding and long-term success for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for leading complex implementations involving EHR connectivity, data integrations, and platform configuration within a highly regulated healthcare environment. Acting as both a technical architect and trusted customer partner, you will translate business and clinical needs into scalable, reliable system solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, data, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployments and continuous platform performance. The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end delivery, from onboarding through post-launch support. It is ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical ecosystems and enjoys bridging the gap between customers and engineering teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers, including EHR integrations, data flows, system configuration, and production launch readiness.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing escalations and ensuring stable, reliable system performance post-launch.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams.
  • Design and maintain integration architectures across healthcare systems, ensuring interoperability, accuracy, and compliance with data standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead root-cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
  • Develop onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and documentation to improve scalability and consistency of delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence product direction and improve platform capabilities based on customer needs.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in technical solutions, implementation engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data integrations or EHR connectivity, including standards such as HL7, FHIR, or C-CDA.
  • Strong experience serving as a technical liaison for enterprise customers, including escalation management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions across complex technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system interoperability in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology settings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, clinical, and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and customer success.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $134,000 – $175,000 USD
  • Equity opportunities and performance-based compensation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible work arrangements
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave policies
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer support
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Wellness and mental health support resources.
