Oracle Applications Solutions Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Oracle Applications Solutions Architect based in United States.

As an Oracle Applications Solutions Architect, you will play a strategic role in leading large-scale ERP modernization initiatives and driving enterprise-wide digital transformation. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle ERP solutions while guiding organizations through complex legacy system transitions and data migration projects. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing financial and operational systems. The role offers the opportunity to influence long-term technology strategy, improve business processes, and ensure data integrity across critical platforms. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will provide architectural leadership, mentor cross-functional teams, and contribute to mission-critical transformation programs. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to support enterprise-wide business objectives.
  • Develop scalable integration frameworks using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware technologies, and related enterprise integration tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical strategies, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Oversee Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain implementations, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Define and execute data migration and conversion strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, testing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Manage legacy system archiving, governance, compliance, and decommissioning efforts while ensuring business continuity and regulatory adherence.
  • Establish data quality standards and governance frameworks to maintain consistency, accuracy, and integrity throughout migration projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across ERP architecture, data conversion methodologies, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor project teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration among business analysts, developers, architects, and operational stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and performance enhancements across ERP environments and migration workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • 15+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle ERP Cloud, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Extensive expertise in Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules within complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementation, modernization, data migration, and transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle development technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Analytics tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), and middleware platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Deep understanding of legacy system lifecycle management, including data archiving, retention, accessibility, and decommissioning processes.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, compliance standards, and best practices for maintaining data integrity.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Oracle certifications and experience with financial data architecture or legacy system transitions are considered advantageous.
