  • Manage third-party risk assessments and ongoing monitoring of external partners and vendors
  • Develop and enforce policies for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and other sensitive data
  • Support government contracting activities, including review and interpretation of FAR/DFAR clauses and requirements
  • Review federal solicitations, RFPs, and RFIs to identify compliance risks and provide actionable recommendations
  • Maintain contract records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation within internal systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, and business teams to ensure compliance is embedded into processes
  • Engage with external legal counsel and advisors to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within technology, government contracting, or regulated industries
  • Strong expertise in export compliance frameworks including EAR, ITAR, FAR, and DFARS
  • Proven ability to design and manage compliance programs, policies, and internal controls
  • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, operations, and technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex regulations into clear guidance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance or contract management tools
  • U.S. citizenship required due to regulatory and contractual requirements
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $100,000–$130,000 plus bonus eligibility
  • Low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • 401(k) plan with generous employer match
  • Paid time off plus 11 paid holidays
  • Remote work flexibility depending on role requirements
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support
  • Career development and professional growth opportunities
